What the newsletter form collects

When you sign up, we store:

• your email address
• the time you signed up
• the exact consent wording you agreed to
• your IP address and browser type

Why

We use your email address only to send you the Whitehorse Guide email. We keep the time, the consent wording and your IP address as a record that you asked for it, as Canada's anti-spam law requires, and to block abuse of the form.

Where it is stored

Our hosting and database providers store the data on servers in Canada or the United States. We send the emails with Brevo, an email service based in France. Brevo keeps your email address and sign-up date on its servers in the European Union. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Statistics

We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Unsubscribe or delete your data

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@whitehorseguide.com to unsubscribe, to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We will reply within 30 days.
